Job Title: Account Manager, proficient in Mandarin

Location: Bloomington, Indiana
FLSA: Exempt/ Full time
Salary: $60k - $70k/year
POSITION PURPOSE
PTS Corp is seeking an Account Manager for our Bloomington, Indiana facility. The Account Manager position is an amazing opportunity to join a flourishing organization, grow with the role and make an impact. This role provides total client business responsibilities within the business unit. The Account Manager is the liaison between the client and business and directs all aspects of managing clients’ needs and solutions. This position requires knowledge of Chinese business acumen and must be bi-lingual in English and Mandarin.
DUTIES
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and direct business requirements of a client (s) across all solution center functions including:
- Verify that company is meeting its contractual obligations of the client(s) to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities that best utilize company infrastructure to meet client requirements.
- Develop a client pricing strategy, involving the Finance organization, which focuses on company profitability while remaining competitive.
- Communicate proactively with the client on business issues and strategic opportunities. Including finalizing the Statement(s) of Work and Quarterly Business Reviews and /or Monthly Business Reviews.
- Manage account teams to proactively develop product and service solutions and identify opportunities for maximizing efficiencies to (i) increase client service / satisfaction; (ii) reduce client costs and (iii) increase Company Internationals profitability
- Work with the client to specify new program requirements, design solutions and manage the implementation of new changes and new requirement.
- Monitor and identify scope creep while managing customer expectations and goals.
- Drive process improvements through root cause analysis and preventative measure execution.
- Proactively share Best Practices across accounts and solution centers
- Manage and support the cross functional team that is responsible for meeting client requirements / service.
- Support account team as they represent the client and Company interests to ensure each project proceeds within the allocated timescale and agreed specifications within the agreed operating expense limits.
- Support account team as they utilize project management tools to monitor each stage of a new project implementation ensuring the project is on time and on budget.
Supports team by resolving any difficulties by acting as a liaison with various parties.
- Manage formal and informal communication with client business owners regarding program activities, issues and performance.
- Ensure that reporting deadlines are met on a timely and accurate basis.
- Ensures appropriate client centric metrics are generated and ensure overall data accuracy.
- Ensure client date and order processes are aligned with specified requirements.
- Monitor corrective actions.
- Support account team as they drive root cause analysis / corrective action process for client reported corrective actions and as they ensure client agrees with preventative action plan.
- Ensure account teams is improving efficiency /solutions by analyzing corrective actions and enhancing solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience & Qualifications
- Business degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 4 years program management experience in a similar industry
- Working Knowledge of the Business Management Process.
- Strong financial acumen including the ability to read and understand financial statements.
- Strong analytical skills including exposure to systems and familiarity with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
- Excellent communication and presentations skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to sustain effective relations internally and externally at all levels of a large organization.
- Ability to effectively delegate.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a teams in a cross functional environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and MS Project.
- Fluency in English.
