ABOUT THE ROLE:
The main role of Sales Associate is to travel to multiple locations throughout the state to promote the PTS brand and what it has to offer. This position will need to be energetic and passionate about customer engagement by creating positive interactions at every pop-up event. The Sales Associate is someone who has very outgoing personality, loves meeting new people, and is enthusiastic about the cannabis products PTS produces.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Represent PTS and increase brand awareness and loyalty
- Travel to dispensaries within assigned territory to attend/host scheduled in-store pop-ups and other industry events as directed, providing location driven product education to the customer
- Actively engage customers, promote product features and benefits, and answer questions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors
- Become an expert on PTS products, use and inventory
- Set up and breakdown promotional displays
- Hand out samples and swag merchandise efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of organization to remain on task, on time, and ready to work.
- Generate reports post event to be sent to management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Some reaching, bending, crouching, and kneeling that will come with the set up for events.
- Frequent use of hands for general computer use.
- Prolonged periods of sitting and traveling.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
Must Haves
Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- To remain compliant with state law, you must be 21 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable vehicle; traveling is required
- 2 years Customer Service, Marketing, or Sales experience.
- Knowledge of cannabis and cannabis products.

Desired Qualifications:
- Associates degree in Marketing, Sales or a related preferred.
- Experience working in the cannabis industry.

- Starting Salary of $44,000.00 Annually.
