Location: Oakland, NJ (On-site with ~15% U.S. travel)

What You’ll Own
You will lead mission-critical projects for our diverse background of clientele. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Project Strategy & Execution
- Define and own project scope, schedules, budgets, and success metrics
- Develop master plans, milestone roadmaps, and risk registers
- Lead kickoff through commissioning with full accountability for delivery
2. Stakeholder Leadership
- Be the trusted advisor for clients, vendors, architects, and trade partners
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans
- Align diverse stakeholders to a shared vision and drive momentum
3. Field & Technical Oversight
- Supervise installations of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, PDUs, CRACs, fire suppression, cabling)
- Review engineering submittals, construction drawings, and change orders
- Identify issues early and engineer practical, high-impact solutions
4. Real-Time Controls
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and contractor performance using Monday.com, , , and internal dashboards
- Manage real-time risk, escalate early, and lead swift, structured response
- Deliver reports with insight—not just information
5. Quality, Safety & Closeout
- Uphold standards for quality, safety, and commissioning in live environments
- Drive performance testing and punch list resolution to completion
- Lead project closeout with thorough documentation, knowledge transfer, and client satisfaction
Qualifications You Bring
- 5 years of experience managing commercial construction or facility projects (preferably mission-critical/data center environments)
- Technical depth across electrical, mechanical, and IT infrastructure systems
- Fluent in project tools like Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Monday.com, Excel
- PMP, Uptime, BICSI, or relevant certifications a strong plus
- Exceptional communication, team leadership, and negotiation skills
