We’re looking for an Tooling Support to join our team. Our Tooling Support work onsite at our customers’ manufacturing facilities and ensure that our tool & MRO industrial vending machines are always stocked with the products our customers need. Working as an Tooling Support, you will facilitate maintenance and inventory management at the manufacturing facility for our Vending Machines and Cribs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Main contact to half plant machining supervisors & M/E’s for daily support of tooling within cell to maximize machine up time (OEE)
• Lead contact for machine shop troubleshooting
• Oversee tool crib in managing tool regrind program
• Provide tooling support to plant engineering and supervisors
• Data collection and support for cost savings projects
• Support machining cell operators and preset operation to ensure machine up time
• Support in implementation of opportunities (testing and data verification)
• Support in troubleshooting of tooling issues
• Back-up support to production tool crib
• Participate in plant cost savings initiatives
• Support in implementation/operation of opportunities (testing and data verification)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient use of a Windows computer and Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams

• Self-directed and possesses a high level of productivity, personal organization, and attention to detail
• Customer-centric attitude and a desire to grow with & contribute to customer-focused company
• Strong communication skills including verbal and interpersonal are required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, occasionally up to 70 lbs
• Must be able to frequently stand, twist, bend, and lift
