- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and kitchen as per health regulations.
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties when necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism to enhance guest relations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables during busy periods.
Experience
- Must have or acquire RAMP certification.
- Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
