We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their food and beverages promptly and efficiently. You will work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, contributing to an outstanding dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and presentation as needed.
• Ensure that all food items are accurately plated and meet quality standards before serving.
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate orders and special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Handle food safely, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong understanding of food handling practices and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and guests effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in kitchen operations or banquet settings is preferred but not required.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
