Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. Must be 21 . The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to work efficiently in a fine dining or nightclub setting will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing retail math skills when processing payments.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and guests.
- Assist with banquet services as required, ensuring timely service during events.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work atmosphere that promotes teamwork and support.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food service industry, particularly in high-paced bar, fine dining or nightclub environments.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with Clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong sales skills to promote drink specials and enhance guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
