What are the responsibilities and job description for the Initiatives Manager position at Public Children Services Association of Ohio?
Public Children Services Association of Ohio is seeking a full-time Initiatives Manager. The Initiatives Manager works closely with the Director of Strategic Initiatives to manage the implementation of PACT (Practice in Action Together) and the Director of Ohio START (Sobriety, Treatment, and Reducing Trauma) to manage the early-stage installation and implementation efforts of COSTARS (CrOss System Technical Assistance for Retaining Staff), a relational supervision model. The position requires the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with an emphasis on building strong working relationships with diverse teams throughout Ohio.
The hybrid position offers remote work opportunities while also requiring work in PCSAO’s downtown Columbus office. The salary for this exempt position is $85,000.
