Job Summary
We are seeking a Quality Control (QC) Analyst to join our Quality Control department. In this role, you will support the production of in-process and final product drug lots for our valued customers. You will also be involved in quality testing for ongoing customer stability studies, ensuring that we deliver timely and high-quality results that meet our manufacturing demands. A QC Analyst applies technical skills along with company policies and procedures to complete diverse tasks. You will handle semi-routine assignments that require an ability to detect deviations from accepted practices and work on moderate scope problems that require data analysis and evaluation of identifiable factors.
Shift Schedule :
10 Hour Night Shifts :
Sunday - Wednesday : 8 : 00 pm to 6 : 30 am or
Wednesday - Saturday : 8 : 00 pm to 6 : 30 am
Key Responsibilities
Conduct testing of samples for in-process, lot release, and stability studies.
Review assay results thoroughly.
Document quality records including Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, and test methods.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related science discipline.
2-4 years of industry experience in a cGMP environment is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with laboratory computer systems.
Experience with GMP Quality Systems such as TrackWise and LIMS is preferred.
