This role supports customer service and operational initiatives for our clients through proactive initiative planning and effective client relationship management. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, respond to inquiries promptly, and apply best practices and methodologies to enhance client operations. Key responsibilities include data analysis, project management, and timely delivery of project tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and proficient in MS Office. A minimum of one year of similar work experience is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supports customer service and operations for clients :

Responsible for initiative planning and ongoing client relationship management

collaborates with external vendors, external consultants, consulting team members, and / or other staff as required in support of initiatives.

Responsible for acquiring and applying knowledge, best practices (external and internal), methodology, and tools to client organizations.

Responds to inquiries and questions in a timely manner

Works within a team to accomplish other duties on projects to meet necessary deadlines.

Required Skills

Analytical skills, including the ability to analyze and organize data.

Excellent organizational, oral presentation and written communication skills.

Ability to manage time to meet critical deadlines.

Ability to work independently and with a team

Excellent ability to build and maintain business relationship with clients.

Proficiency in MS Office products, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Research and project management capabilities.

Database skills - SQL knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
