PCG is hiring a Director to manage a team and multiple public sector projects while continuing to build the team and portfolio of projects in our Technology Consulting Practice Area. The Director will work with senior client executives implementing or advising on large-scale software solutions in Public Sector State Government environments. Broad experience in selected industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, education, etc.), technical competencies (e.g., big data, coding, and programming, project management, technical writing, cloud / SaaS services, power platform), and management approaches (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) are required.
The Director will recruit, hire, manage, and develop resources to support the business unit and the Practice Area. The Director will be responsible for delivering projects under his / her direction, ensuring projects are delivered within pre-determined specifics (revenue / expenses, etc.).
This is a strong business development position with a significant focus on creating new business in the State Government market. You will be responsible for developing partner relationships, identifying opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and developing proposals that meet client needs.
The Director is responsible for ensuring the team meets financial and organizational targets while building the strong team necessary to navigate the fast-paced world of management consulting. This position will be responsible for the following :

This position is remote with travel / onsite requirements. PCG is a remote-friendly organization and is committed to creating a culture where remote work remains a vital part of the company’s success.
As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role : $135,000-$160,000.
