Program Description
The Nurse Family Partnership® (NFP), a program of Public Health Solutions, is a national, evidence-based nurse home-visiting program for high risk, low-income, first-time mothers, their infants, and their families. The NFP program seeks a full-time Program Coordinator/Medicaid Biller for its Staten Island team to provide coordination and organization of all Nurse-Family Partnership data; Targeted Case Management (TCM) billing as well as management of the day-to-day office operations of the NFP site. This person will be primarily responsible for key administrative tasks to help support NFP staff.
Specifically The, Program Coordinator/Medicaid Biller Will
Maintaining excel spread sheets of all clients referred to and enrolled in the program.
Maintaining account records, completing and following up with purchase requisitions.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of related office experience as well as demonstrate excellent computer skills. Must be highly skilled in all computer and office software, including Outlook, MS Word and Excel. Candidate must be highly organized, very detail oriented, professional, and have the ability to work independently. The employee must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work with a diverse population. Candidate must be able to maintain confidentiality, adhering to HIPPA regulations.

Specifically The, Program Coordinator/Medicaid Biller Will
- Utilize data management software and web-based programs for NFP data analysis and TCM billing as well as various word processing, spreadsheet, and file maintenance programs to enter, store and/or retrieve data as required.
- Compile and/or assist with the compilation of data for reports.
- Assist in NFP data analysis and data clean-up.
- Utilize and navigate different websites to perform Medicaid/TCM billing.
- Perform administrative support tasks such as:
Maintaining excel spread sheets of all clients referred to and enrolled in the program.

- Provide the necessary support to maintain the infrastructure, monitor model implementation and fidelity to the NFP program.
- Other Tasks as needed.

- Associate’s degree or equivalent; college preferred
- 2 years of progressively responsible related experience, or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Excel proficiency is a must, including but not limited to mastery of formulas, sorting, creating tables and charts, and using data analysis tools.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
- Hours of work: Monday – Friday (35 hours per week)
- Salary: $62,000 per year
