Summary
- The Communication Coordinator will provide communications and writing support, as well as a variety of specialized functions, to increase the organization's visibility through internal communications and social media.
- The coordinator will assist in writing materials highlighting Jackson employees, as well as interacting with internal clients to deliver the organization's messages to staff and the general public.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and human resources, a plus.
- This is a project-oriented position. Position requires exercise of independent judgment.
Responsibilities
Experience
Generally requires 1 to 3 years of related experience in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related fields.
Education
Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
Credentials
Active license or certification is required as needed, based on the job or specialty.
