Reporting to the Director, Community Engagement and Marketing, the Project Assistant is responsible for facilitating communication and coordination with OIA applicants and finalists. The Coordinator is responsible for administrative aspects including scheduling, proofreading and project management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Correspondence: Maintain and manage regular communication with applicants, finalists, and other stakeholders.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Project Management: Oversee project reporting working with Excel, CRM tools and internal databases to document, track and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative and proofreading support as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervision Received and Exercised
Position works under the direct supervision of the Director, Community Engagement and Marketing.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Other Requirements
- 2-4 years in administrative support or project coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce and Monday CRM or other CRM systems.
- Soft Skills: Professional, detail-oriented, flexible, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
