This role requires 10% travel.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Region Manager to recruit, train, and oversee staff and/or brand ambassadors to uphold agency and client standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for field staff and logistics teams, facilitating seamless communication and operational efficiency. Execute critical administrative tasks crucial for project success, including inputting event staffing details, conducting weekly recap audits, and managing other essential data entry tasks for internal reporting and communications. Coordinate with booked accounts ahead of activations and follow up as necessary with the Region Manager. Occasional travel prior to events and management of onsite tasks specific to activations. Provide logistical oversight for field teams across markets as needed, ensuring timely receipt of project materials by logistics teams. Maintain and produce weekly activation calendars, ensuring distribution to appropriate agency partners. Stay informed about current marketing trends and other factors impacting clients' businesses to offer strategic insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
Genuine interest in event marketing; agency experience preferred, with additional value placed on experience within luxury brands or the spirits category. Background or strong interest in event marketing, ideally backed by 1-2 years of agency experience or extensive knowledge of luxury brands in the spirits/alcohol beverage industries. Bachelor’s degree, with a focus on marketing or business preferred. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, driven by ambition, a hunger for success, and a strong sense of ownership. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines effectively. Strong collaboration skills, excelling in a team-oriented environment. Methodical, organized, and analytical approach, with a keen eye for process optimization. Intermediate Excel knowledge a must. The role requires working heavily on spreadsheets and data entry. Willingness to travel 10% to work onsite at live events.
