Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) helps people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or other long-term health conditions stay at home and "self-direct" their care. Known as consumer direction in New York, this long-term care model empowers people to take control of who provides their services and where. PPL was selected to be the Statewide Fiscal Intermediary for the New York Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) starting in 2025. We, along with a diverse alliance of service partners across the state, will be supporting the delivery of culturally sensitive and disability competent care to CDPAP participants. Role Overview
The Director of Personal Assistant Support is responsible for overseeing the personal assistant services we provide to clients. This role involves managing a team that helps clients hire, manage, and pay for personal assistants who support them in daily living activities. The Director ensures that services are delivered efficiently, meet regulatory standards, and provide the highest level of satisfaction to clients.
- Team Leadership : Lead and manage the Personal Assistant Support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Client Support : Oversee the matching of clients with personal assistants, ensuring a good fit for their needs.
- Compliance & Quality : Ensure that all services comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements to streamline services and enhance client satisfaction.
- Training & Development : Provide training and support to staff and personal assistants to ensure they are prepared to meet client needs.
- Collaboration : Work with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client concerns quickly.
- Reporting : Track and report on program performance, including client satisfaction and service delivery metrics.
Qualifications :
Compensation Range : $140,000-$160,000k annually
