Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) provides helps people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or other long-term health conditions stay at home and “self-direct” their care. Known as consumer direction in New York, this long-term care model empowers people to take control of who provides their services and where. PPL was selected to be the Statewide Fiscal Intermediary for the New York Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) starting in 2025. We will, along with a diverse alliance of service partners across the state, support the delivery of culturally sensitive and disability competent care to CDPAP participants. Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for management of “Clean Desk Policy”
Serves as primary Point of Contact with other offices on administrative duties
Manages day-to-day functions in Latham office
Sets up and maintains files.
Compiles data for special reports and presentations into final document format (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Maintains PPL NY email distribution lists.
Assists in coordinating leadership meetings and/or Executive team meetings for NY.
Coordinates small and large-scale activities like employee events, meals for small working lunches and up to larger events, interdepartmental and staff meetings, customer visits, etc.
Manges and approves all office supply orders, and/or orders supplies for employee home offices.
Onboarding of new hires including equipment, email distribution lists, etc.
Monthly reconciliation of contractor spreadsheet for timesheets and rates.
Coordination of contractor terminations
Asset management reconciliation of PPL laptops and associated peripherals
Quarterly reconciliation of PPL email distribution lists:
Following up relevant stakeholders to ensure email distributions lists are still required.
Work with PCG Help Desk to disable email distributions that are no longer needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar corporate administrative support role
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills to interact with all levels – from first line employees to executives and customers.
Represent the company well and professionally.
Must be capable of multi-tasking with ease in a fast-paced environment.
Fully proficient with Microsoft Office tools, e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must have experience in coordinating small and large meeting events, e.g., solid advance planning, coordinating meeting room needs (e.g., work with Facilities to set up room layout, etc.) ensuring audio/visual equipment is set up.
Compensation range - $65K - $80K annually
