Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) helps people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or other long-term health conditions stay at home and "self-direct" their care. Known as consumer direction in New York, this long-term care model empowers people to take control of who provides their services and where. PPL was selected to be the Statewide Fiscal Intermediary for the New York Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) starting in 2025. We, along with a diverse alliance of service partners across the state, will be supporting the delivery of culturally sensitive and disability competent care to CDPAP participants. As the Senior Treasury Analyst at our leading client that specializes in national-scale payroll processing, you will assist in steering and enhancing treasury and financial operations. This role demands a strategic partnership with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure integrated financial management, aligning treasury functions with revenue cycle processes for optimal financial performance. Your contribution will be pivotal in maintaining our company's financial health and supporting our global business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cash flow forecasting, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment with financial resources
- Assist in Treasury Operations, which includes processing transactions, managing treasury systems, overseeing banking documentation, and conducting detailed month-end reporting
- Provide general ledger and reporting assistance to financial staff of subsidiary companies while developing relationships and open lines of communication with subsidiaries
- Assist with quarterly / monthly etc. reporting to stakeholders and the state
- Resolve banking and payment issues, maintaining the integrity of financial operations
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to harmonize processes, ensuring a united approach to optimizing financial health and operational efficiency
- Enhance global banking and cash management structures and processes through partnership with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to corporate initiatives, including M&A, capital investment planning, and strategic projects
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, reconcile, and process credit card payments and research transactions
- Review and post various cash-related journal entries
- Supervise and assist the Treasury Analysts
Qualifications
Compensation Range : $90,000 - $115,000 Annual Salary
