Public Partnerships LLC (PPL) helps people with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or other long-term health conditions stay at home and “self-direct” their care. Known as consumer direction in New York, this long-term care model empowers people to take control of who provides their services and where. PPL was selected to be the Statewide Fiscal Intermediary for the New York Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) starting in 2025. We, along with a diverse alliance of service partners across the state, will be supporting the delivery of culturally sensitive and disability competent care to CDPAP participants. As a Treasury Analyst at our leading client that specializes in national-scale payroll processing, you will assist in executing treasury and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Treasury Operations tasks, including processing transactions, utilizing treasury systems, maintaining bank documentation, and detailed month-end reporting
- Resolve banking and payment issues, maintaining the integrity of financial operations
- Act as point of contact for bank inquiries from project managers and operations staff
- Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, reconcile, and process credit card payments, research transactions as assigned by manager
- Review and post various cash-related journal entries
- Provide general ledger and reporting assistance to project managers and operations staff.
- Ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Treasury, especially in a multinational environment
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with a strong aptitude for spreadsheets - advanced Excel skills
- Excellent ability to multitask/prioritize and manage multiple activity streams while maintaining impeccable attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills within the daily work environment and with all levels of management
- Critical thinker with the ability to analyze and interpret high volumes of data
- Detail-oriented with a focus on processes, controls, and accuracy
- Proactive in learning and committed to continuous improvement in treasury processes
- Workday experience – strongly desirable
- CDPAP and Medicaid experience is advantageous
Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000
