Duties & Responsibilities :
- Payroll Monitoring
- Rules Engine processing / Monitoring
- OCR Monitoring
- Monitoring Web Services - Mail and Fax folders
- Jobs monitoring, re-triggering on failure and troubleshooting
- Monitoring and troubleshooting SQL sessions for table locking
- Retriggering failed jobs
- Batch Management
- Scheduled Jobs Monitoring
- Escalation to on-call / infrastructure team members
- 365-day support
- Pre-payroll to payroll job monitoring
- ETL Jobs monitoring
- Sending daily updates of process schedules
- Troubleshooting common issues
- Data Analysis / Data Engineering : Applying advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to derive meaningful insights, develop predictive models, and drive data-driven decision-making
Required Skills :
Qualifications :
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information systems, Data Science, or a relevant field.
0 -1 years of experience or a prior internship experience as a Data Scientist / Data Analyst / Data Engineer
Working Conditions :
Currently, the team provides 365-day nightly support including weekends and holidays.
Work Hours - 11 PM - 5 AM Eastern.
