We currently have an open opportunity to join our team as a Member Service Agent. In our Contact Center, you will have direct opportunities to build member relationships, fulfill our members' financial needs and contribute to the growth of the Credit Union.

  • Service-driven attitude recognizing needs and cross-marketing complimentary credit union products and after-market services.
  • Problem solver with the ability to look outside the box while maintaining sound judgment.

The main duties:

  • Embrace PSCU’s culture, service standards, mission statement, and values.
  • Provide outstanding service during each member interaction which may include but is not limited to handling teller transactions, assisting with plastic card disputes, determining members’ needs, and cross-selling appropriate products.
  • Answer incoming calls in a timely manner and with a professional attitude.
  • Administer Mobile Deposit, Home Banking, Bill Pay, and Mobile App Admin sites and assist members and staff with these programs.
  • Providing support to other departments as needed.

 The ‘must-have’ list:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work, exercise initiative and meet deadlines.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

The wish list:

  • Previous contact center experience.
  • Previous financial institution experience.


The details

  • Shift – Monday - Friday shifts and rotating Sat 8:45 am – 1:15 pm.
  • Status: Part-Time (20-28 hours per week), Non-Exempt
  • Starting Salary: Starting at $19.00 & up per hour
  • **Location: 2800 E 14th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64127
