This is a member-facing position with direct opportunities to build member relationships, fulfill our members' financial needs, and contribute to the growth of the Credit Union.

The main duties:
- Embrace PSCU’s culture, service standards, mission statement, and values.
- Provide outstanding service during each member interaction which may include but are not limited to handling teller transactions, determining members’ needs, and cross-selling appropriate products.
- Providing back-up to other departments as needed.
The ‘must-have’ list:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Service Orientation - Actively looking for ways to help people.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Active Listening Skills - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work, exercise initiative, and meet deadlines.
- Eligible to be a notary public.
- Must have reliable transportation with the ability to travel between PSCU branch locations.
The wish list:
- Cash handling experience.
- Previous financial institution experience.

- Credit Union Hours – M-F 8:45 am – 5:15 pm, Sat 8:45 am – 1:15 pm.
- Status: Part-Time (20-24 hours per week), Non-Exempt
- Salary: starting at $17.00 depending on experience
- Location: 8320 N Brighton Ave, Kansas City, Missouri 64119
