Overview of the Role: We're seeking an accomplished Principal Mechanical Systems Commissioning Engineer to join our Engineering Services team for the Salem Power Uprate Project. This critical position requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for collaboration to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Modifications Planning: Develop and execute a detailed plan for power uprate modifications, incorporating input from cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• System Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation during power uprate modifications.
• Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee adherence to regulatory requirements, including 50.59 and License Amendment Request preparation.

Requirements: Candidates for this role should possess extensive experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in power uprate projects. Relevant skills and qualifications include knowledge of thermal performance modeling and monitoring, experience working in pressurized water reactors (PWR), and strong communication and collaboration skills. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or a related field, is required, along with at least 13 years of relevant experience in nuclear power plants or a related industry.
