Job Summary
As a SuccessFactors Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for providing advanced expertise in systems and process analysis, design, and problem-solving in a complex, multi-system environment. You will act as a liaison between business teams, application vendors, and Information Technology (IT) for system integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities include translating complex business needs into effective design recommendations, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis of cross-functional people and payroll data in collaboration with business teams, contributing to system decision-making, scoping, and planning for HR system projects in support of the overall HR strategy, and leading small and medium system upgrades, feature releases, interfaces, and data conversion projects across functional areas of HR.
