Job Summary
The Work Week Manager is responsible for owning and enforcing the scheduling, work execution process, and performance review process from E-5 to E 1. This includes ensuring adherence to applicable work management procedures, facilitating and enforcing processes such as scope stability, milestone adherence, work order restraints, and job durations to improve resource utilization for scheduled work.

- Ensures coordination issues, gaps, and exceptions are identified, owned, and tracked to closure.
- Supervises bargaining unit personnel, including conducting personnel evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
