Job SummaryThis role is accountable to ensure the Utility has a continuous, scalable, and adaptable framework to support the technology portfolio of $250M - $500M, with a focus on cross-functional products.  As the conduit between the Utility and Information Technology (IT) operations, this position is responsible for cross-utility business products, and will serve as the lead between each business and IT product owner.  Oversee the planning, prioritization and implementation of full scale Utility IT projects that serve critical business needs, enabling delivery and maintenance of systems based on business operations priorities. Responsible for communication of processes between IT and PSE&G related to project scope definition, funding authorization, change management and execution. Responsible for identifying business process needs and working with multiple stakeholders to ensure documentation or processes and procedures as applicable.  Responsible for supporting the operational leads in meeting key performance indicators related to project scope, schedule and estimate. Lead a team of analysts responsible for data reporting to improve performance in operations, benefits realization, tracking of technology benefits and resource management, and support for all cross-utility business products. Interface with senior leadership across the utility operation and must be able to clearly communicate to leadership the status of complex technical concepts and provide status updates.
