Job Summary :

Primary responsibilities you will be responsible for setting up and operating the digital press, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all printed materials meet our quality standards

Requirements :

Essential Job Functions :

Performs other job duties as assigned.
Set up and operate a Landa S11P digital printing press.
Perform routine maintenance on the press.
Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues.
Ensure high-quality output of printed materials.
Manage print jobs from start to finish.
Perform color calibration.
Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adhere to safety and quality standards.
Document production activities and maintain records.
Due to the nature of our work and our reputation for service, employees are expected to stand ready to work overtime when requested. The work week is 35 - 50 hours per week.

Desired Qualifications / Competencies :

Experience operating digital printing presses preferred but not required .

Strong technical proficiency.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of pre-press and post-presses helpful.

Familiarity with color calibration techniques preferred but not required.

Ability to manage multiple print jobs simultaneously.

Basic computer skills.

Forklift operation required. Certification done in-house.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to follow safety protocols.

Physical Demands :

Must be able to stand for long periods of time. The normal shift for this position is a 12-hour shift, and the incumbent in this job must be able to stand for much of the 12-hour shift, tending to printer and related tasks and duties.

Lifting is a requirement in this job. The incumbent in this job must be able to lift 40 pounds occasionally.
