Publicis Digital Experience is looking for an Intern to join our Talent team!
In this role, you will provide administrative, operational, and logistical support to various virtual and in-person talent initiatives with a specific focus on learning and development programs.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role based out of our Chicago office and will require onsite engagement an average of 3 days/week. All candidates must be local to that market and willing to work in a hybrid arrangement.
ALSO NOTE: This is a paid internship opportunity expected to start in early June and run for a period of 9-10 weeks. Conversion into a full-time role following the completion of the internship is possible but not guaranteed. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation Range: $20 per hour. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, operational, and communications support to various virtual and in-person L&D programs
- Coordinate logistics for L&D programs and events including securing accommodations and venues, setting up meeting rooms, procuring event materials, ordering catering/coffee, and similar needs
- Partner in the development and maintenance of various program materials including communication templates, educational materials, and forms
- Use Microsoft Excel to perform basic data analysis and reporting related to L&D programs and events including registration, attendance, participant feedback, assisting participants, etc; build presentation decks to collect and share talent program data and information
- Communicate with L&D program participants to identify areas of potential improvement within those programs; make recommendations to program leads on potential enhancements including the incorporation of participant feedback and the integration and utilization of automized tools, AI, and other technologies
- Manage online content and data within our proprietary LMS, CRM, and SharePoint repositories to ensure information is current and correct
- Work closely with HR and Talent Program teams to stay aligned on all initiatives
- There is no specific educational requirement for this role; recent college graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior internship experience providing administrative, operational, and logistical support to HR initiatives and employee training and development programs
- Prior experience planning and supporting virtual and in-person events including identifying and coordinating with external vendors to source hotels, travel, venues, catering, supplies, and other needs
- Prior experience managing and maintaining content within a CRM, LMS, HRIS, or similar specialized tool preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including the creation of custom pivot tables, data manipulation, and reporting
- Experience using Powerpoint or Keynote to build presentation decks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously-evolving environment
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent listener with an ability to take direction and guidance, receive constructive criticism, and continuously improve personal process
- Proactive, self-directed, and independent with outstanding organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
