Publicis Digital Experience is seeking a Business Development Associate to support our growth team!
Reporting into the Vice President of Growth, you will provide operational and analytical support to our growth team with a focus on tracking and reporting on business development and client pipeline activities. The perfect candidate will bring a project management mentality to the interpretation and reporting of data related to the pillar’s sales and growth funnel. Strong communication skills and an impeccable attention detail will be critical to success in this role.
This is an ideal role for someone tracking towards a career in corporate or agency business development and looking to build a strong foundation in sales strategy, logistics, and operations to support that growth.

Compensation Range: $39,710-$50,100 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Work across multiple agency brands to collect and organize sales, business development, and client pipeline data in order to develop meaningful, easy-to-read reports for presentation to executives and key business stakeholders that will allow for effective, efficient interpretation of the data presented and provide the opportunity to develop meaningful, actionable insights using that data
- Track and manage reporting for cross-selling opportunities across multiple agency brands across Publicis Groupe including new and upcoming opportunities, existing and potential client workstreams, industry and brand targets, current status, next steps, and other factors of each individual pursuit
- Track and manage reporting for all growth activities across the pillar including status, next steps, and progress against established goals and objectives
- Support the development and presentation of new business pitches by partnering with cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and prepare information for inclusion in pitch decks and related materials
- Manage sales and growth data within our CRM tool to ensure accurate, healthy, up-to-date information is available at all times
- Partner with various teams and stakeholders to share information, manage project status, and drive success for potential and existing collaborative business opportunities both within the pillar and across Publicis Groupe
- There is no specific educational requirement for this role
- 0-1 year of prior professional or internship experience with a focus on sales support, reporting, data tracking, data analysis, project management, business operations, or similar fields is required; prior experience working in a consultancy or advertising agency strongly preferred
- Experience collecting, organizing, presenting, and reporting sales, client, and business development data in a logical, meaningful, effective manner for presentation to executive leaders and key business stakeholders
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel (including building custom pivot tables, performing V/H/Xlookups, etc)
- Prior experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM tool strongly preferred
- Self-directed and independent with outstanding organizational and time management skills as well as a meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, continuously-evolving environment
- Very strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
- Excellent listener with an ability to take direction and guidance, receive constructive criticism, and continuously improve personal process
