Overview
As Client Partnership Manager on the Saatchi Platform team, you are the lead for the executions, products, or deliverables to which you are assigned. With oversight from your Supervisor, you will help support enhancement initiatives across Toyota’s largest digital web and product experiences and help steward the agile development process. You will act as a representative product owner on behalf of the client, helping to articulate digital web and product vision, steward the prioritization of a project backlog, and work closely with the strategy, UI/experience design, and production groups to successfully maintain and build new digital experiences.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the execution of enhancements to the digital web and product experiences through an agile development process, including: the creation of briefing material (i.e. Epics and user stories), guidance on best practices and client business context for creative execution, and coordination across internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Support and orchestrate internal discussions designed to foster collaboration across departments.
- Guide scope & resource planning and monitoring to execute the roadmap of projects while fulfilling client business priorities.
- Guide client discussions related to delivery of various deliverables, from laying groundwork for strategic collaboration to reviewing creative work for approval.
- Directly oversee project maintenance and help foster growth for junior team members leading maintenance initiatives.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following background and capabilities:
- 3-5 years of client facing experience with account management, project management, production, and/or product management experience in an agency, or digital product development related field. Experience with enterprise, large-scale website or platform management, application or digital product development preferred. Previous automotive or similar scale client experience a plus.
- Experience developing trustworthy client and internal stakeholder relationships. Confident supporting recommendations and ideas driven by business context and creative opportunity. Demonstrate strong client service techniques, including documentation of feedback, solicitation of viewpoints, anticipation of questions or challenges.
- Proven track-record of driving digital projects from inception to successful delivery, including experience with client management, creative guidance, scheduling, budget management, and technical development best practices. Ability to drive multiple streams of work concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining proper documentation.
- Confidence in effectively assessing work product and providing a critical eye when reviewing, as well as developing a strong agency point of view.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google Docs, PowerPoint, Keynote, Acrobat Professional, Smartsheet, PM related workflow and reporting tools (ex. Jira, Asana, etc)
