Overview
The Communications Director is responsible for making an indelible mark on Team One's brand awareness, influence and reputation as a leading premium and luxury brand agency. Based in Team One's LA office, this individual will work closely with the agency's executive leaders and communications leads to generate programs for executive visibility, media relations and agency communications including social media and PR. This position will report to Publicis Creative's Executive Vice President of Agency Communications and plays an integral role within the Publicis Creative Agency Communications team.

- Become a go-to press and media resource for industry trends and thought leadership
- Foster an impressive public-facing brand image
- Create and facilitate PR campaigns that obtain press coverage
- Super charge owned social media efforts to gain enthusiastic followers
- Obtain presence for executive leadership on event stages and in press
- Be the trusted go-to expert and agency champion for internal agency leadership

Compensation Range : $73,910.00 - $111,320.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
