This summer, we’re looking for a Designer intern to be a part of our Creative teams. You’ll be tasked with a ton, but you’ll be challenged and rewarded as you work with and learn from the best in the business. Up for it? Read on.
Responsibilities
Overview of a day in the life:
Digitas Design, is a multi-disciplinary design collective within Digitas. We create visual, interactive and experiential expressions that invigorate ambitious brands – from local favorites to some of the most recognizable icons in the world. Your skillset and drive will dictate your specific tasks, but they may include:
Developing logos, lettering and other visual ID elements for brands or campaigns
Developing distinctive imagery styles using illustration, CGI, 3D art, or any other form of media you can think of
Animate visual identity elements and establish motion design principles for brands or campaigns
Document design systems via style guides
Create sample executions for brand/campaign identity projects and carry them through to production
Qualifications
Traits and skills we’re looking for:
A relentlessly positive attitude and a proactive learner/maker
A robust portfolio of work across mediums and execution types
Familiarity with common creation software (Adobe, Sketch, Figma, C4D/Maya)
A familiarity with common social platforms
A love for design, branding, art, et al.
