Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth and revenue for our client's businesses. This role will require a strong understanding of digital media, consumer behavior, market trends, and data analysis to inform decision-making and drive results.
The Digital Strategist will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Account, Project Management, and Creative to develop and execute on strategies that maximize sales and media performance. The Commerce Activation Strategist will also provide strategic counsel and POVs on commerce and media activation, budgets, and innovation to our clients and the agency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commerce activation strategies that drive growth and revenue for our client's business.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay current on market trends.
- Analyze consumer behavior and purchasing patterns to inform decision-making in conjunction with shopper strategist.
- Effectively communicate strategies to clients and internal teams from planning to execution and reporting
- Develop and execute digital media campaigns to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of commerce strategies.
- Analyze data and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and work to implement changes.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the commerce industry.
- Create reports and presentations to communicate results and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital and social marketing strategies.
- Experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital media campaigns.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Range: $66,785 - $83,505 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
