Overview
Partner Alliance Sales Director, AWS Financial Services
This strategic alliance role focuses on co-selling with AWS in the financial services sector, driving joint business development and go-to-market initiatives between Publicis Sapient and AWS. The role holder will orchestrate complex sales motions involving both PS and AWS teams, leveraging AWS's partner co-selling programs to accelerate revenue growth and strategic partnership objectives in financial services.
Working as a key liaison between PS and AWS sales organizations, you will develop and execute joint account plans, coordinate co-selling activities, and ensure alignment of both organizations' financial services strategies. This requires deep understanding of AWS's partner programs, co-selling motions, and the ability to navigate both organizations to drive mutual success in financial services accounts.
Responsibilities
Your Impact:
• Drive and exceed joint PS-AWS financial services revenue targets through coordinated co-selling activities
• Lead the development and execution of joint account plans with AWS financial services teams
• Navigate and maximize AWS partner programs including AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP), and AWS Solution Provider Program
• Orchestrate complex co-sell motions involving multiple stakeholders from both PS and AWS
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with AWS financial services leadership team
• Drive leads through AWS Marketplace and Partner Central, ensuring proper opportunity registration and pipeline management
• Develop and execute joint GTM strategies aligned with AWS financial services priorities and PS capabilities
• Coordinate PS's participation in AWS industry programs, particularly the AWS Financial Services Competency
• Lead joint pursuit teams in target financial accounts, leveraging both PS and AWS resources effectively
• Own the PS-AWS alliance relationship within assigned territory, including partnership metrics, business planning, and executive reporting
• Position PS's AWS capabilities within financial services, particularly in areas of joint focus such as mainframe modernization, data analytics, and digital banking
• Ensure proper deployment of AWS partner benefits, incentives, and funding programs
• Drive joint marketing initiatives, including AWS re: Invent, AWS Summit participation, and joint customer success stories
• Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of co-sell opportunities in both PS and AWS systems
• Lead internal PS teams in developing AWS-aligned solutions for financial services clients
• Ensure smooth coordination between PS delivery teams and AWS support/services teams
Qualifications
Required:
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrable success in AWS partner alliance or direct AWS sales roles
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through AWS co-sell motions
• Deep understanding of AWS partner programs, benefits, and co-selling processes
• Experience managing strategic alliance relationships in financial services
• Strong history of complex deal orchestration involving multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in building and executing joint GTM plans with AWS
• Expert knowledge of AWS's financial services solutions and partnership requirements
• Experience with AWS opportunity registration, deal progression, and partner central tools
• Experience working at a consulting services company in an alliances or business development role
• Strong executive presence and ability to navigate both PS and AWS organizations
Preferred:
• Previous experience as an AWS Partner Sales Manager
• Experience with AWS partner funding programs and incentives
• Understanding of AWS MAP and migration funding programs
• Bachelor's Degree minimum required; MBA preferred
• Flexible and mobile, with ability to travel to AWS and client locations

Additional information
Pay Range: $150,000 - $252,000 The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
