Overview
The Director leads the team's Investment Management efforts by providing functional management and leadership to a team of Investment Supervisors, Senior Associates and Associates. You will oversee the daily team workload, plan and assign projects and adapt to the evolving needs of the marketplace. The goal for this role is to support client investment initiatives and help develop and maintain PHM partnerships. You will report to the VP or SVP Investment Management.

- Expert understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughout
- Expert understanding of client's business and goals
- Experience translating client goals into media investment and management strategies
- Expert understanding of the investment process
- Expert understanding of the overall media marketplace and partner landscape
- Experience with partnership opportunities, deals and terms
- Experience with agency Terms Conditions and media partner contracting process
- Expert understanding of agency investment tools and partner invoice portals

Additional Information
Compensation Range : $95,950 - $150,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
