Freelance Account Executive

Saatchi & Saatchi currently maintains a hybrid work policy to work in-office three days per week and remotely the other two days each week.

Saatchi & Saatchi currently has a full-time freelance Account Executive opportunity.

As a Freelance Account Executive on the Toyota Dealer Association business, you will work closely with the Regional TDA Account Management and Media Teams. The freelance assignment will run through approximately July 11, 2025.

Success for this position is measured by the ability to ensure all account management fundamentals are flawlessly executed, so that the team is buttoned up and can function as seamlessly as possible across all projects. It is imperative this person is detail-oriented, a team player and is positive!

• Management of the following tasks:
• Social jobs/trafficking.
• Email communications.
• Radio jobs/trafficking.
• Point of sale production/install.
• Sales & registration competitive analysis.
• TDA partnership & activations including off-site promotions, ticketing, vehicle logistics, stadium assets, etc.
• Monthly Client meeting logistics.
• Contract drafting with Manager and Legal Counsel
• Website QA.
• Assists Account Supervisor and Management Director with various client deliverables.
• Assists Management Director with Client meeting preparation and logistics.
• Assists Account Supervisor with client financial responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years agency or client facing account service experience 
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Teams, Excel, and Keynote.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Client contact will be involved, and an understanding of the Client’s business is essential.
• Highly detail oriented.
