Our Saatchi Kansas City office is looking for college seniors and recent graduates who are eager to learn and gain experience with real client work at an agency! Saatchi’s Summer Internship is a paid 9-week hybrid program from June 16th to August 15th with an opportunity for 4-day work week, Monday remote and Tuesday-Thursday in our office, providing lessons from various departments at an agency, opportunity to work alongside and gain mentorship from advertising professionals and leaders, in addition to working on real client work.

As an Account Management & Media Planning Intern, here’s what you’ll do:

• Support both Account and Media Team internal discussions and client meetings by collaborating and developing creative content for client presentations
• Participate in weekly status meetings, populate and distribute status reports
• Assist the team in prepping for all meetings, client and internal, booking rooms, sending out materials, taking notes, providing timely recaps, etc.
• Interface with Agency departments and other Agency partners to execute a number of critical projects
• Conduct competitive landscape analysis/research of industry standards or trends and share findings with the Account and Media Teams
• Develop insights and provide POV reports working with Digital Data Analytics
• Learn how to and support the analysis and negotiations of sponsorships, develop multi-media channel plans and audit media buys

Education

• Rising college/university senior or 2025 graduates with/working towards a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• Previous internships are a plus but not required

Compensation Range: $16.12 - $19.37 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 5/1/25.
