Overview
The Internship program at Razorfish provides an opportunity for interns to immerse themselves in the exciting industry of digital marketing and marketing transformation. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the business, its stakeholders, and various crafts within the Strategy & Performance discipline. Interns are expected to be eager learners, proactive initiators, and team players, ready to absorb as much knowledge as possible.

Responsibilities
Your impact:
- Learning & Development:
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and shadowing opportunities to understand the fundamentals of the advertising industry.
- Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal and professional growth.
- Organizational Familiarization:
- Understand the agency's mission, vision, and values.
- Familiarize oneself with the company's organizational structure, departments, and key personnel.
- Attend agency meetings and events to network with professionals and learn about current projects.
- Project Support:
- Assist various departments in their daily activities and projects, including (but not limited to) creative, account management, media planning, and digital.
- Support project teams with research, brainstorming, and administrative tasks.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with different teams and attend client meetings when possible to understand client-agency relationships.
- Build relationships within and outside the agency to understand the larger advertising ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong passion for the advertising industry and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a timely fashion
- Proficient in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
Program Duration and Details:
- Hybrid Internship requiring three days in-office
- Internship Program from 6/2/2025 – 8/1/2025; 40 hours per week
Eligibility:
- You are a career-minded college senior, recent college graduate, career changer, or reentering the workforce after taking some time off
- You are eligible to work in the US
- You are able to work 40 hours per week
