Overview
Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is hiring for its Private Marketplace practice. This group utilizes the value of Publicis in-market to enable best in class rates and access to premium programmatic inventory. Curating inventory centrally for all agencies within the Groupe, Marketplaces acts as a crucial point of contact for industry publishers, agency programmatic and investment teams, and industry technology partners.
PMX Marketplaces is dedicated to supporting optimal access to premium inventory, with efficiency and transparency. This role is responsible for all aspects of building and maintaining a library of PMP deals and providing actionable insights through analytics and reporting.
Must haves for this role include a proven record of accomplishment and comfortability with Demand Side Platforms and a deep understanding of private marketplace deals and programmatic troubleshooting. This role will report to the Director of Marketplaces and Inventory Partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Day to day management and coordination of all Programmatic Marketplace projects and process workflows as it pertains to deal creation, troubleshooting, updates and health
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery challenges as it pertains to PMX PMP delivery across multiple marketplaces
- Track and analyze delivery metrics and provide actionable insights
- Proactively problem solve and identify issues while working to trouble-shoot from technical and marketplace perspective
- A strong conceptual thinker who can input on ways to reinvent our process, approach, and product
- Communication with agency teams and external partners
- Develop collateral to explain Programmatic Marketplace opportunities to agency teams in a simple, digestible format
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of experience within an agency or media company, including external facing experience
- 2 years of programmatic experience, hands on keyboard DSP execution.
- Strong understanding DSP/SSP landscape, preferred experience with CTV
- Experience with media analytics, reporting, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and visualized deliverables
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Other preferred traits include a hand-raising attitude, organizational skills, and initiative

Compensation Range: $73,910 - $116,380 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
