Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect specializing in CRM Data AI solutions to lead strategic solution design, architecture, and delivery within Publicis Sapient's Salesforce Practice. This role demands deep functional expertise, business acumen, and leadership in designing enterprise-wide Salesforce ecosystems that drive measurable business outcomes. The Senior Architect will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to craft scalable, high-impact solutions that span marketing, IT, and business functions. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in pre-sales, shaping strategic business solutions and cross-cloud best practices.
Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture :
- Design, architect, and oversee the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions with a focus on enterprise-wide strategic business solutions.
- Develop scalable, cross-cloud architectures integrating multiple Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Define best practices for data unification, segmentation, real-time activations, and cross-cloud architecture.
