Overview
The Senior Vice President, Product Management will be responsible for overseeing the operations for the CoreAI product development efforts within the Groupe Solutions team. This role requires a strong background and experience in technology operations, product development and delivery in support of business functions, and cross-team management. The CoreAI product suite encompasses the next generation of AI/ML/GenAI tools and applications that power the Publicis cross-media operating systems—the applications power audience insights, media planning, activation, performance measurement, and optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously validate and curate our product development roadmap, and then work with technology and data engineering partners to ensure our retail/ecommerce products become operational on-plan and on-budget.
Responsibilities
Role Objectives:
Operational Leadership
- Oversee the development and management of a diverse suite of technology-enabled products, ensuring they meet market and client expectations.
- Ensure that the roadmap for the product portfolio, as defined by Groupe Solutions leadership, translates into a realistic development and deployment execution plan that supports with the organization’s priorities and identified client needs.
- Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for operational alignment, unification and enhancements and lead initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Maintain a mindset that fosters a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Product Development and Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the successful lifecycle of CoreAI analytic products, from ideation and design to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Implement new or adopt existing Scrum and Agile methodologies to ensure product development is iterative, collaborative, and responsive to changing priorities.
- Oversee product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure that cross-functional teams are aligned and working towards shared goals.
- Interface with UX/UI teams, as needed, to ensure products deliver intuitive and impactful user experiences for both technical and non-technical users.
- Leverage input from cross-functional partners, internal stakeholders, and market research to propose and advocate for features and enhancements where appropriate.
- Collaboration and Partnership
- Collaborate with Technology and Data Engineering, Data Science, Marketing Science, and Business Strategy partners to ensure that the CoreAI retail/ecommerce products we build and deploy are integrated into our operational platforms and marketing workflow processes.
- Be an effective partner of a high-performing product management team across Publicis Groupe divisions, helping foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams, articulating product goals, progress, and value to stakeholders.
- Product Performance and Analytics
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure analytic product success, client deployment, and business impact.
- Maintain a perspective that actively seeks to ensure that our products deliver measurable business value, such as improved efficiency, enhanced decision-making, or revenue growth for clients.
- Risk Management
- Identify potential risks to product development and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- 15 years of experience in product or program management with a focus on data- driven results, including 5 years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing complex, technology-enabled products and solutions with demonstrated value creation for clients, ideally as part of a technology consultancy (e.g., Deloitte, PwC), or large software and database vendor (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Azure, SAP).
- Extensive experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and product backlog grooming.
- Experience with distributed architectures and systems in support of business processes and workflows.
- Experience with the general AdTech/MarTech platform and vendor landscape (e.g., ADH, Meta AA, AMC, Adobe, Salesforce, CDPs), data cloud/mesh/lakes (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS), and clean rooms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
- Exceptional ability to align product strategy with business goals and market demands.
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, or Snowflake.
- Familiarity with data governance and regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Compensation Range: $176,700 - $288,765 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
