Overview
Publicis Digital Experience is looking for a Senior Associate, Talent Management to join our growing Talent Team!
Reporting directly to the Director, Talent Management, you will serve as a key partner to Talent Leadership, bridging talent strategy, analytics and operations. You will play a pivotal role leveraging data-driven insights to support career development, performance management, talent programs and overall employee experience.
In this role, you will deliver and present insights that help ensure compliance, reduce attrition, and identify current and future gaps in talent capacity, capability, cost, and structure – ultimately shaping strategies that impact the agency and its workforce. You will provide data and analytical support regarding the development, implementation, performance and evolution of various talent programs across multiple digital agency brands.
You will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, interpreting and analyzing workforce and program data – translating insights into practical, actionable strategies that drive business impact. Beyond analytics, you will also support the scaling of talent programs, tracking key metrics, managing documentation, and partnering with leadership to implement initiatives that support career growth and workforce planning.
The ideal candidate is someone who can connect the dots between data and talent strategy, operationalize insights and ensure talent programs are both effective and future focused.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role based out of our Chicago office and will require onsite engagement an average of 3 days/week. All candidates must be local to that market and willing to work in a hybrid arrangement.
Responsibilities
Talent Analytics & Insights:
- Develop, manage, and evolve ongoing talent program data, metrics and reporting to identify opportunities, measure progress, and optimize talent strategies.
- Analyze workforce data, talent pipelines, and performance trends to make recommendations that support career growth, leadership development and succession planning.
- Build and maintain custom dashboards, templates, models, and reports that provide insights into employee performance, retention, and talent development.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to Talent Leadership and cross-functional partners in a clear and compelling manner.
- Collect and synthesize quantitative and qualitative talent data (employee surveys, exit interviews, internal HRIS data, etc.) to inform program improvements.
- Track and manage compliance with talent growth programs
- Provide ad hoc data, reporting, and analytical support to partner teams as needed.
Talent Operations and Program Management:
- Support the implementation, tracking and continuous improvement of talent management programs, including succession planning, performance management adoption and learning initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and develop learning strategies that align with business needs and employee career growth.
- Maintain and improve program documentation, process workflows, and knowledge-sharing resources using PowerPoint, SharePoint, Box, and other collaboration tools.
- Assist in scaling and optimizing talent programs, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness across teams and locations.
- Provide ad hoc operational support to partner teams as needed.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in HR analytics, talent operations, workforce planning or related roles. Experience in an agency or consulting environment preferred.
- Advanced excel stills and experience using the tools for data collection and analysis, including building custom pivot tables, developing custom reports, and performing complex V/H/Xlookups.
- Proficiency in HRIS, BI, and data visualization tools (e.ge. Tableau, SuccessFactors, Betterworks, Power BI) is preferred.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, with experience designing slides, visualizing data to effectively communicate insights, trends, and recommendations.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership and Talent Partners.
- Experience working with performance management and talent development is preferred.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, Box and other document-sharing/collaboration tools.
- Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: $73,815-$92,295 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
