How You'll Make an Impact
As a Solutions Analyst, reporting to the Senior Director, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic team responsible for driving high-impact initiatives across the company. Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence, enabling teams across Operations, Product, Account Management, Engineering, and more to collaborate effectively. By crafting innovative solutions, you’ll play a key role in increasing productivity and streamlining processes throughout the organization.
What You’ll Achieve :
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for ticketing, workload management, and reporting.
Improve efficiency by creating tailored workflows that address the unique needs of various departments.
Conduct training sessions to upskill employees on the best ways to utilize Atlassian tools, fostering productivity across the company.
Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using KPI data to help teams track trends and make informed decisions.
Maintain and improve the team wiki, ensuring it remains a valuable resource with clear documentation, tutorials, and structured communication.

Pay Range : $71,250 - $118,750 annually
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
