Overview

This Project Manager role will function as a Scrum Master, ensuring the vision of the product owner is exceptionally executed by the broader team responsible for delivering digital work. You will define and lead parts of the E-Commerce project timeline and process, to ensure website product updates are delivered on time, based on business priority. Your ability to be a liaison between various executive stakeholders, product leads and teams will be critical to success. You should be passionate about introducing innovation and efficiency to the workflow, yet you approach your role with a high degree of flexibility and lead with a strategic mindset. Responsibilities

What You’ll Do :

Independently manage concurrent small to mid-sized digital projects that sit within a broader program umbrella.

Establish cadence for and lead Agile process including sprint planning & task estimation, capacity management, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.

Work directly with client-side product owners to manage product backlog, assess new requests, and drive prioritization.

Work closely with agency colleagues across strategy, user experience, digital creative, business analysis, project management, and account management.

Facilitate clear internal communication and effective collaboration.

Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables across teams accountable for work.

Solve blockers : resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.

Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Coach team members in Agile and scrum methodologies and best practices.

Improve overall scrum maturity of the team : lead by example to build a productive environment where all team members play a role in owning the product.

Anticipate, identify, and communicate risks and seek partnership / guidance from the Senior Project Manager and account lead to assist in mitigating issues.

Provide ongoing monitoring of progress.

Exhibit strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully communicate position on relevant issues to reach team consensus.

Qualifications

3  years of project management / scrum master experience in an agency environment.

At least one year of direct experience in a Scrum Master role.

Experience in a client-facing role and / or in an embedded, staff augmentation capacity.

Familiar with end-to-end E-Commerce digital workflows from product definition to creative execution to software development.

Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of ready / done, epics, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).

Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.

Exceptional communication skills, particularly in conjunction with work-flow steps and internal processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Smartsheet; experience using Asana, or similar modern scrum and project tracking tools.

Compensation Range : $61,500 - $76,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
