Overview
As a Social Content Creator, you will be crafting social-first content that resonates with diverse audiences and breaks through feeds across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X for a major automotive client.
You will work alongside social strategists, community managers and a creative director to mine trending hashtags, cultural moments and community responses - and generate content that places the brand into the conversation in relevant, engaging and timely ways.
If you have a deep understanding of social platforms, a knack for crafting trend-forward content, and the creativity to push boundaries while staying true to the brand’s voice – then this role is for you!
Responsibilities
- Trend Spotting & Ideation : Stay ahead of social trends, researching best-in-class examples, competitor content, and platform-native techniques. Translate these insights into actionable ideas for the client’s brands.
- Content Development : Collaborate with the creative, social, and marketing teams to produce thumb-stopping content, prioritizing short-form video for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories.
- Pre-Production & Storyboarding : Create storyboards, shot lists, and pre-production materials to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Video Creation & Editing : Capture, edit, and produce original video content. Contribute to all phases of production, including filming, editing, color correction, and sound design.
- Creative Execution : Define and develop branded style templates for social media assets, ensuring a cohesive look across all platforms.
- On-Camera Hosting : Be comfortable stepping in front of the camera as a brand personality, leading interactive or trend-based content with energy and enthusiasm.
- Innovative Thinking : Drive out-of-the-box ideas to keep the content fresh, relatable, and shareable, focusing on innovation and user value.

Compensation Range : $84,200- $109,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
