Compensation Range: $176,700.00 - $288,765.00 anual. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Scope for Market/Regional Bus Dev Leadership
Responsible for leading, driving and delivering the product, practice and process of business development for the Publicis Media network:
- Lead & orchestrate an overall pitch engagement
- Strong understanding of media strategy, investment and optimization across all types of media
- Partner with executive leadership to build & activate pitch teams and determine meeting casting
- Oversee and / or lead the development early stage pitch engagement responses: written RFIs & RFPs, credentials content
- Guide & enable and / or lead pitch coordination - timelines, checkpoints, accountabilities, deliverables, design and production needs
- Drive a pitch team to develop of the “work” within a pitch - proposition, strategic approaches, media plans
- Manage, coach & develop business development talent where direct reporting relationship exists
- Establish generous & collaborative connections with Global Practice leadership & team members
- Help to manage, build and strengthen integration between the Business Development practice and the broader agency network, specifically with Client, Commercial, Trading, Finance & Talent Operations teams
- Communicate - clearly, concisely, adapted for audience, with an eye toward soliciting needed response

- Successful leadership experience - 15 years in the media, marketing, or consulting fields
- Previous Agency Business Development experience

- Ability to anticipate - Proactive self-starter with ability to understand what is needed and drive against it
- Excellent management skills - Work comfortably and effectively in fast shifting, high pressure, and constantly iterating environments and situations
