Overview
A Senior Copywriter at Razorfish Health would be responsible for the conception and execution of innovative materials for integrated, cross-channel initiatives including large web initiatives, online advertising, and digital marketing. This person should have a strong core in not only traditional writing for advertising but also specific pharma experience. This person’s primary responsibility will be to be a key participant in shaping the creative strategy, showing strong conceptual abilities, and offering unique solutions to challenges. The Sr. Writer should stimulate ideas and bring out the imaginations of the team in working toward developing their leadership skills.
Responsibilities
This person’s responsibilities are but are not limited to :
- Participating fully in the development of creative briefs and strategic and tactical plans.
- Being alert to changes in the client’s marketplace; evaluating work in light of the marketing situation.
- Working with the client directly on developing solutions and presenting ideas.
- Working more independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects.
- Articulating a clear direction to studio, vendors, and junior staff; possessing expert knowledge of the science in order to use it innovatively.
- Beginning to master nuances of the work and showing the ability to think on feet.
- Working on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling writing demands.
- Ensuring copy tone and style are consistent with brand and style guidelines.
- Interacting with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics.
- Making sound decisions in an expedient manner.
- Upholding the highest standards for all agency work while maintaining agency performance standards in all direct reports.

Compensation Range : $66,785 - $92,295 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer / temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
