Overview
As a Senior Director Product Management at Publicis Sapient, you act as your clients' trusted advisor in leading the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for a specific financial product, or products, within an engagement. You will collaborate with clients undertaking major Digital Business Transformation (DBT) engagements to understand their business, end-customer needs, and then constantly deliver value with fast increment cycles.
Your Impact :
- Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, incorporating AI-powered solutions from initial strategy to operational integration across investment management functions, including Portfolio Implementation, Portfolio Accounting, Cash Management, Trade Operations, Corporate Actions, Reconciliation, Data Management, and Performance & Benchmarking.
- Gain deep insight into client's problems and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, including Wall Street banks, exchanges, treasury, hedge funds, pension funds, and FinTech firms.
- Provide guidance on core capital markets, risk and compliance, and business and IT alignment.
- Collaborate with Publicis Sapient regional leadership and capability leaders to drive organic growth through trust and value-led relationships with the key client stakeholders responsible for digital and AI transformations.
- Participate in sales pursuits and business development and contribute toward business growth in the region through prospect cultivation, account plan development and value demonstration activities.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the Trade Life Cycle and extensive operational expertise across multiple asset classes and traded products, including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Swaps.
- Inspire, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Product Analysts to continually facilitate improvements in developing and enhancing best-in-class digital products and services.
- Represent Financial Services industry best practice and market trends to assist the client in maintaining competitive advantage.
