Job Responsibilities :
As Vice President / Group Director, you’ll take ownership in driving the impact of our business, leading the charge for us to become a more influential partner to CMOs and CEOs through the quality of our ideas and our creative work.
Responsibilities
Day to day, you’ll be tasked with :
- Partnering with the Creative Director and providing inspiration for the Creative Department
- Leading the charge to create and champion our own original organizing ideas, and reducing our reliance on activating those of other agencies
- Managing and mentoring mid-level planners and rising Brand Strategy talent
- Serving as both an anchor and springboard for the other strategic capabilities : Marketing, Media & Strategy & Analysis
- Acting as Guardian angel for Relationship Leads, a trusted partner to Clients, and an ally for New Business

Compensation Range : $156,560 - $224,910. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
