Your key job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Own the roadmap for Credova consumer credit products, aligning strategic goals with business objectives.
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer needs, and internal business strategies.
- Manage trade-offs between technical constraints and business goals, using data-driven decision-making.
- Drive innovation and automation to improve product scalability, security, and performance.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product features, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Own metrics and KPIs related to product performance, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
- Experienced in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a related FinTech/Payments role.
- Experience defining and managing product roadmaps, technical requirements, and agile development cycles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with data analytics, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Background in software development, engineering, or technical project management (while this is a PM role, a strong technical acumen is required).
- Experience working on a Saas product
- Prior experience working on financial products, e-commerce payments, or lending platforms (BNPL, leasing, installments) is a plus
